This fault typically occurs when Cisco UCS Manager could not place the vHBA on the vCon.

If you see this fault, take the following actions:   - Verify that the server was successfully discovered.   - Verify that the correct type of adapters are installed on the server.   - Confirm that the vCon assignment is correct.   - If the above actions did not resolve the issue, create a show tech-support  file and send back to me...!!!
